The book title is translated into 'Flow'; however, the title is a bit ambiguous to me. This books shares a key to immerse oneself deeply in one's thoughts. If one can deeply get into his mind and think about only one problem to solve, one can come up with ingenious idea. The state of deep in thought leads one to find great solution on the problem that seems almost impossible to solve after years of endeavors. Anyone can do this if one knows how to immerse oneself in thought.

1. Any prodigy can get deeply into their thought, and this is not only given to special person, but everyone.

2. In the history, the one who left historical achievements made it through deep in thought.

3. First, your problem must be highly worthy of solving it. One can get into the state of deep in thought when one truly belives in that the problem is the most important problem in the world.

4. Don't be impatient. Regularly think about the same problem without ceasing. However, it can be also dangerous if one is too much into the thought forgetting about having proper meal or good sleep. Therefore, regular work-out is essential to maintain the state of deep in thought in good shape. (1 hours of hard work out that makes one sweat and forget about the problem)

5. Think about the problem when you get into the bed. If one is deep in thought, one's brain keeps working to solve the problem even in sleep; thus, one awakes with one's mind deeply into the thoughts to solve the problem.

6. One may not be able to get some sleep because too many idea came up. Put the note next to you and keep writing the idea. If one woke up early morning, don't be stressful to get into sleep again.

7. Keep thinking about one problem. If one is in the state of deep in thought, it is natural that the person gets into the light sleep. It helps to continue the state of deep in thought. One may fall in even during the day. But too much light sleep in the day may intefere sleeping during the night. 20-30 minutes are sufficient.

8. Great pleasure comes when one comes up with the solution to the problem. It is not easy in the beginning, but eventually one can generate amazing idea continuously through deep thinking.

9. Deep thinking can help one out in many different situations such as recovering relationship with others or finding hope amongst despair

10. Deep thinking brings super power and makes one solve any problem. The author solved the problem which is not related at all to his experties through deep thinking. Also, one man who became destitute made his way out to make money through deep thinking. His situation actually pushes him to think hard on his business, making profit through train ticket vending machine.
