Ordinary millionaire (cleaning service)

Cleaners make money from the dirty places; however, there are some places even the cleaners refused to go in. One married couple made great success from their cleaning service by hunting down the most disgusting and nasty houses. They started this small cleaning service with their retirement pay. In the TV show, ordinary millionaire, the story of the couple showed how to be successful in the small business even if the starting budget is so small.

1. Cockroach house

It was the first contract. The couple was happy until they opened the door. Inside was full of cockroach. They saw hundreds of cockroach going up to the ceiling and raining down to the floor. It was their first contract. They didn't want to give up their first contract and managed to finish the cleaning. After the job done, they went out to glocery store where they pay for drinks. When they pay, cockroach was also droped out of the folded note in the pocket. At the moment, one idea struck them. In fact, those disgusting cockroaches were converted into the cash.

Since then, they focus on cockroach house cleaning. This episode remindes me one guy who put every trashes inside the room except the place where he could lie down to sleep. In the world, there are some people living in such a condition. It was a niche market even among cleaning services.

2. Pigeon poo cleaning

After the couple had more orders from all different cities, they found another niche market, which is a trouble casued by pigeon. In Sourh Korea, apartment is the one of the most preferred housing. Some apartment has open space outside where outdoor unit of air-conditioner is installed. These corners unaccessible by the residents became preferred spots for pigeons and their poo got stacked up there making disgusting stinks. The smell was so bad that even the resident can't use the room next to the outdoor space. The pigeon poo cleaning was another great success. All spots cleaned up and they put a net with spiky device preventing pigeons return to their place again.

3. Cleaning the house of the deceased

This was also another service they launched. In the TV show, one person tried to clean the house of his mom who passed away not long ago. He can't really make much progress because of tremendous amount of items hid in every corner of the house. Some people just can't touch the house of the deceased, particularly, if the deceased is the grown child and the bereaved families are the parent. This became unique cleaning service and was a great success.

The couple introduced in the show was hard working person. They started small. Their first contract was disasterous, but they converted that contract into success by chaning their perspective. When they don't have order, they go out to spread flyers to expand their customers. 

The success of the coupld is coming from specializing their service among many cleaning services. The best strategy in running your own business is to monopolize the business. If no one can easily compete, then the service becomes great cash cow.
